Lawro Predicts Villa Win V Everton

Lawro Predicts Villa Win V Everton

Hopefully Murph will be along in a while to educate us with his knowledge and wit in the match preview for Everton v Villa.

In the meantime, BBC pundit and moustache fancier Mark Lawrenson has tipped Villa for a 2-0 win at Goodison Park.

He's actually been right more than he's been wrong with Villa this season I think and has been quite positive about us which makes a nice change!

He told the BBC site that Everton appear to have run out of gas, adding: 'They are not playing particularly badly but they do not look like they are going to create any chances or score goals. In contrast, Villa are in a rich vein of form and have been buoyed by the number of goals they have scored of late - and by their hammering of neighbours Birmingham last week.'

Our latest poll is asking for you predictions and at the moment the majority are tipping a Villa win, no real shocks there mind you, it is a Villa site!

I actually can't wait for it, I know people say that alot but I don't think I can actually do it. Think I'm gonna have to sleep for as long as possible just so I'm not conscious to the hourse going by. If we beat them and get into europe I swear to eveyone on here I will ***** in my pants, thats a promise.

He's a braver man than I. it'll be our biggest result of the campaign to date if we bring back to Brum all three points from Goodison.

Even if Arteta starts, he's surely not going to be match fit. That has to be a huge plus I think.
