I do find it somewhat strange that in a 2 option poll the total percentage is in fact only 98. Sort it out Mr Fear.

From my point of view there shuld be a third option. I really couldn't care less as they are a total irrelavance to me.

the local derby is important, it underlines our superiority. saying that, the baggies will come up, so we'll have one anyway so yeah, ***** the bluenoses, they can go down!!

Same as VOTN will not be voting, totally indifferent, Villa have bigger issues to worry about than them, when the are playing for a European spot like us then I will worry bout them, at the moment they mean as much to me as Derby or Bolton. I like the banter with the Baggies fans, dont know many Blues fans the ones at work arent as arrogant or noticeable as some villa fans make out, but that said the ratio of Villa fans to brum fans in here is probably about 8:1, so they are pretty outnumbered.

I have always looked fwd to the Derby games as something special, I have in the past open made my feelings know that I would like bloose promoted to rekindle the Brum Derby. However after this seasons appaling scenes at the St Sty I have changed my mind and wish for them to be relegated back to the fizzy stuff where this kind of behaviour is more acceptable on a smaller scale in a larger division and smaller crowds. For me the time for bloose to depart the Premiership in sooner rather than later. IF we do Bolton a favour next week and they help themselves to 3 points at Bor'o then they will swop positions and we could have a big hand in sending them into the fizzy stuff. Be gone bloose and never darken our door again.

To clarify what Skeggy was saying, I am a very firm believer that those folk who vote for choice 2, namely, 'No...I like the derby atmosphere', are people who dont make the trip to St Andrews to face the music, and consequently avoid running the gauntlet from the evil and extremely hostile natives. I've been attending Villa vs Blues games since '62, having missed not one in that time, so I know what the derby atmosphere should be like. Nowadays though you risk taking your life in your own hands. It isn't fun anymore. Its evil.
