No Hokey-Cokey Ban

The club have dismissed reports that Nigel Hokey-Cokey will now miss two games after picking up 10 yellow cards.

Media reports this morning suggested that he would miss the matches against Derby and the derby against Blues, but that's not so.

Whilst NRC did pick up another yellow card against Bolton, it was his 9th of the season, not his 10th - so all is well in the world.

There is an amnesty on bookings after next weekend's games so if NRC can manage to stay out of the referee's way against Derby his slate will be wiped clean.

Stick him on the bench, we will need him against the knuckle draggers!

Leave him out against Derby. Perhaps an ideal time to give Isaah Osborne a start? We NEED NRC battling and tackling qualities in a local derby.

It's saying something when a Club of our size and ambitions is having to worry about losing 1 player because of the thread bare squad it has created.
Hoss The Villain
Hoss - doesn't every club worry about losing one player? Everyone wants their best XI to start their biggest games, no matter what the size of their squad.

We need him like we need another match against MUTD this season. Give Barry the DM responsibilities and watch Petrov / Maloney blossom with a new found freedom.
Villain Of The North
After Barry's attacking efforts against Bolton, you want to see him moved into a defensive role?
IanSymes
yeah hold on - we just bounced back to our best form and are about to play derby - lets keep it the same. i wanna see petrov make that role his own. i agree it might be right to play osbourne from the start tho.

i agree we cant really worry about derby!! what about patrick berger very creative to open up derby?? how by the way has carson got more votes than ashley young- our player of the year??

Osbourne is dogs c@ck,don`t let him near the 1st team
ASPINALL
It was a needless, senseless booking, like so many of his bookings this season.

What was his disciplinary record like at Upton Park? I cant recall regarding him as a niggling, dirty opponent, or him missing many West Ham games through suspension. Way too many of his bookings this season could and should have been avoided.
