1)So, been a tough season, is that what you were expecting?

No I was expecting us to achieve a mid table position with all the money we have spent on Transfers since the summer (£40million+).

2) Realistically do you fancy your chances of survival?

Yeah I would rather be in our position than the one Derby find themselves in. At least we have a bit hope.

That’s something we were in short supply the last time we were in the Premiership. I can remember it being a bit chore going to the matches expecting to get beat.

3)How do you think Roy Keane is doing, is he the right man for the job or was this too big a job for his first go at management level?

He has made a few mistakes that he has at least held his hands up to. However I suppose the only way he can learn is by his mistakes.

It is my opinion that Keane has all the resources to turn us in to a top Premiership side and I believe he will succeed.

4) Who should Villa be worried about on Saturday? And who worries you in the Villa team?

Kenwyne Jones will be the man for Villa to lookout for he is a big lad who won’t give up.

Who worries me in the Villa team? I like Ashley Young he is fast and skilful. He was good at the Stadium of Light earlier in the season a good livewire.

5) If you could have one of our players, who would it be and why?

Ashley Young he has a big future ahead of him.

6)What do you think about Martin O'Neill and what is your opinion on Villa?

Martin O’Neill well he’s a mackem for a start so he know a good football club when he sees one.

Villa have picked up since O’Neill took charge and I sure that trend will continue.

7) What is your prediction for the game?

I think we will win 2-0 goals coming from Richardson and Jones

They have a proud tradition, a superb stadium, and tremendous, enthusiastic support. I hope they survive because as a club they certainly deserve to, plus their escape would free up one of the relegation positions for our good friends and neighbours from across this great city of ours. Its a game we should win, and win comfortably, but I wouldn't be surprised if it ends all square, maybe 2-2.

I beleive they sold their full allocation of 30,000 season tickets, most of them before promotion was confirmed. Good supporters a bit lively in the old days though....

Too true Col. I think that if they survive this season, and I think they will, then they should be capable of making decent strides 2008-09.
