i voted carson but i dont know why, bouma was very good, consistent defender i like him, take back one per cent for carson , and give it bouma, 77% to wilfred, of course im only goin on the assumption that 100 people voted.... I think its cos bouma is always in the background i dont notice him cos he dont make mistakes really, dependable

Personally I didn't rate any of the performances. As a collective unit nowhere near good enough, as individuals way below par. Freddie Bouma has played as well as, if not better than that on previous occasions, without any recognition. He clearly stood out because arguably he was one of the least worse of a very bad bunch.

I think some idiots are voting on here from other clubs? Carson gets votes every week despite never making a save! Yes Bouma was the best of a bad bunch , just his normal steady game though!

For once I agree with the winner. Bouma was the only player in the 1st half who looked bothered. Reo Coker, Mellberg and Harewood all tried in the second half though. Ashley Young did Ok, and as for the rest of them, pah, they shouldnt get paid this week!!

bouma and young clearly have a good understanding down the left and they linked up well once young was back on the left. bouma is quality and is our un sung hero!!!!! BOUMA BOUMA! also my mate met him in bamboo a few weeks ago and he was very approachable and good to talk to, he even bought my mates round at the bar - not many footballers that humble these days!?!?!?!?! and my mate is a cov fan!!!

Our very own Mr Lee Barnett also bumped into him out on the town the other week. Unlike your mates though Stig, Freddie didn't put his hands in his pockets while in Lee's company.
