Moore Strikers For WBA

Villa have confirmed that Luke Moore has completed his loan move to West Bromwich Albion.

He has moved on a loan for the rest of the season but the official site adds 'an agreement is already in place for a permanent deal rising to £3.5million.'

There is a 24-hour recall clause AFTER he has spent 28 days there.

He could make his debut against Hull tomorrow.

Hope he wakes up and takes his chance, he could do very well for them. Fingers crossed, shame it didn't work out at Villa but hey ho, that's football. Good luck Luke.

Shrewd piece of business from MON by getting guaranteed good money and the chance to recall if we are hit by injuries but we don't have to have him back when we get some top quality forwards in. A win/win situation and possibly with the good money received for Cahill shows a change in MON constantly getting ripped off in the transfer market.

strange one this but if hes not playing well and so on, was he any good

It's not a strange one if you follow Aston Villa, I would replace the word strange with unfortunate or sad, take out the but and everything after the comma. Sounds about right then.

This is a sad case indeed, a promising young player who like his brother decided he was bigger than the Villa! My unofficial sources in the club say he has been acting the big time charlie for sometime and resented Gabby being first choice. Under these circumstances its good business, he showed in his recent performances that he no longer wanted to contribute, the only strange thing is that someone like Mowbray has signed him.

Well here's an opportunity for you Luke, dont throw it away. It's only downhill from here unless you get your act together, and quickly. Dont think that Tony Mowbray is the type to suffer fools gladly, you'll need to show the right attitude and application from day one. Your heart was clearly no longer in AVFC, but you should look at yourself for the reasons behind your failings, not elsewhere. Oh, and good luck!
