He certainly changed the course of the evening, scoring his well taken goal, and livening up the attacking side of our game, which until his arrival had been pretty much non-existant. Thought that both NRC and Curtis Davies also looked the part, the former appearing to really thrive in the captains role.

A worrying aspect about our squad though now, is that there's one or two out there who could definitely do with a break. Marlon could well get a run of games now, and good luck to him if he does, but this lack of depth is really going to hit us hard before the campaign is over.

Feel sorry for Gardner right midfield is not his position he should be centre mid not Petrov who seem to get away with playing rubbish.
