In August 2006, Randy Lerner became the new owner of Aston Villa Football Club. 15 months on, we enter a bright new era with average attendances at a 50-year high, record season ticket sales and a young, dynamic squad challenging for European qualification.

That being said, we are under no illusions - the hard work has just begun.
To help us continue improving our products and services, we need your input. We want you to have the opportunity to shape the Club's future.

This consultation will take approximately 10 minutes of your time, and will help us to improve your matchday experience at Villa Park. All of your answers will remain anonymous and confidential. Please have your customer reference number ready to help us verify your response*. To take part, simply Click Here or copy and paste the following URL into your web browser.

Yours sincerely

Great the club want our opinions, so if as many people as possible answer the questions, that would be fab!

Such a simple request by the club, yet a process never undertaken for some strange reason by the previous regime. Involvement in the clubs way of thinking has to be good for supporters of each and every club out there. We should thank our very lucky stars that Randy and co realise the importance of such inter-action.

If you dont answer the questions, and dont participate, dont get moaning and complaining somewhere down the road.
