sign him up, looks strong and knows how to score

Looks ok BUT.....We didn't see any long range passing, his passing percentage, if he can defend and get back...... And actually how many shots did it take him to get 4.... He is a midfielder and we need to know he doesn't lose the ball because if you make one little mistake that's 3 points down the drain in the premiership. We need a midfielder that can score long range goals, has a great pass basically the foreign Gerrard.

What happened to the American centre half they said we had signed in the Summer - the one with the injured leg?

I agree with Villa4Ever, that video doesn't really show much, except he scored 4 goals, and judging by the tally above, 4 goals in 25 games, that's not that impressive. The one thing that you can see is that he's pretty built, which is a necessity in midfield these days. The video though shows none of the abilities that makes a midfielder, apart from 3 tap-ins...but that's typical of the misreading of football that Americans are known for.

If he's got a broken leg then why not sign him?

And I got slated for suggesting Clint Dempsey the other week, an American, used to the Prem who can score. We are linked on the other hand to a rookie from team bottom of a league on a par with the Ryman Premier. I think not thanks

FL - thats because this lad has youth on his side and clint is *****e!, its just a PR stunt to get more american fans thats all. The tap ins dont impress me etouffee might know more about him i guess

If theres any truth in the article, then we've obviously checked him out, and are well aware of his capabilities. Consequently if he's impressed our guys, bring him over. Why not?

Ermmm Glensider.....Didn't MON and the scouts checked out Malon Harewood for like months.....Yet we fans got it right.
Villa 4 Ever
the defender we brought over from the states is a youth / academy player. He is / was expected to make it into the reserve team pretty quickly but beyond that don't expect to see much of him just yet.
Villain Of The North
i saw this on tribal football on monday. it must be true.

Ermmmm Villa 4 Ever. If you say so Sir. I stand corrected. Dont bring him over. Leave him in North America. Villa 4 Ever, you're hardly comparing apples to apples, but dont let that concern you.
