2% of the people who voted on this poll are complete idiots. Have could you have a man who has never managed a football team in his life become the manager of an international football team. Not to mention the dude is a tool.

Think even Shearer is surprised his name is being mentioned, he's not even done coaching. We need Arry there, he'd sort them. John Gregory is another who'd bleed for the team but he's no chance!

This Shearer talk is ridiculos! Yeah put in another gamble and hope for the best, why not. Some people don't know anything about football. Mourinho all the way. He is playing hard to get at the mo, throw the cash his way, and that will change everything. Scolari should be another option.

Thank goodness it isn't going to be MON. Personally I would like Capello, but really any but Shearer would do a job.

I'd opt for Capello. Yes it would be something of a gamble, but whoever is appointed will have no guarantee's available assuring success.

How about Harry with Gregory as his number 1. Gregory had a fantastic effect as number 1 here at Villa and it was after he left that things started to go downhill for Little.

Capello is the only manager who actually wants it. Well theres redknapp too, but Capello is the only 'decent' manager who wants it!

No mention of David O'Leary. I'm being serious. He's overlooked for every job going nowadays.
