Smoking Bad For Your Villa Viewing

Smoking Bad For Your Villa Viewing

The club have issued a warning to smokers which I thought was repeating here.

If you want to miss three games, then carry on ignoring the new no smoking law, as Villa will now dish out a 3 match ban if you are ejected from the ground for smoking.

The new rules, which come into effect for the Villa v Arsenal game are a way to cut out what the club have called 'persistent abuse of the new 'no-smoking' law by a small but significant number of supporters.'

And some information I was sent a while back, no idea why as I don't smoke apart from what I generate when cooking!

A cigarette contains:

4000 substances, 43 of which are known to cause cancer.

These include:

*Nicotine to get you addicted (so you’ve been conned).
*Hydrogen Cyanide, the gas the Americans use to execute people.
*Toxic substances like Arsenic.
*Poisonous metals such as nickel.
*Carbon monoxide (suicide gas) the same as you get from your car exhaust.

STILL DYING FOR A FAG?

JF yes we smokers know all the facts but one they didnt tell us when we all started smoking..........IT'S THE MOST ADDICTIVE THING ON THE PLANET, FAR MORE THAN COKE, HEROIN, CRACK OR BOOZE. The receptors in the brain that crave the nicotine intensify 5 fold when you stop smokinf for a period of between 1 to 4 weeks, so yes smoking is bad for us, yes its better to stop but its also the biggest b**ch of a thing to give up!!

Not sure it is the most addictive thing DudleyPhill, people keep saying they won't come on Vital Villa and still can't keep away. I think this site needs a health warning! Totally agree mate, it is amazing the way the Governments allow people to be conned into this addiction, still pays for their bombs doesn't it?!

Smoking in the ground was one of the things that really annoyed me when I was little as I had asthma glad the bans been enforced now. Can simpefise with the people who are trying to give up though sounds bloody hard.

I dont smoke, never have, but if I had a habit that I couldn't kick for two hours every now and again, then I'd be a very, very worried man.
