Villa Fans Confidence High

Villa Fans Confidence High

Looks like the confidence is still high amongst Villa fans despite our 4-1 loss to Manchester United last weekend as 78% have backed the mighty claret and blue to beat Bolton at the Reebok Stadium today.

That left 14% predicting a draw and just 8% a loss (thanks for visiting Bolton fans)

With just one win this season for Bolton, surely Villa will add to their woes, new manager or not. Seems to be disarray at Bolton with the fans not exactly making the welcome for Gary Megson warm. The worry with Villa is when a team is on a bad run we seem to oblige and end it for them, but this is a new harder Villa surely?

With Scott Carson and Nigel Hokey-Cokey both serving their one game suspensions, it will be interesting to see if Stuart Taylor or the forgotten Thomas Sorensen get the nod and who Martin O'Neill picks for the midfield out of Craig Gardner, Isaiah Osbourne or Stiliyan Petrov.

Don't forget kick off is 1.30pm and even more importantly, don't forget the clocks went back an hour last night (or in my case the night before... dozy git that I am! LOL)

I'll put up the man of the match poll after the game.

fear have to go for after the game here, sounds reasonable enough! lol. have to say expect us to get beat here after being in the lead once again as we usually stop playing when in the lead and sit far too deep inviting pressure.

What was that first half showing about? Slight improvement second half, but that was far from acceptable. Bolton should have had the game won by half-time.

At least we hung in there I guess. Far from pretty, but a points a point, from what was never going to be an easy game.
