Aston Villa reserves got their third draw in a row away to Reading.

The final score was Reading reserves 1-1 Villa reserves

England youth international Nathan Delfouneso scored the equaliser to keep Villa reserves unbeaten run in tact.

Villa: Taylor, Lund, O'Halloran, Osbourne, Lowry, Davies, Y.Bellon, Hogg, Mikaelsson, Earls, Stieber. Subs: Williams (on for Mikaelsson 58), Bevan, Herd, Delfouneso (on for Bellon ht). Collins.

Southern Villa fan here - went & caught the second half of the reserves last night. Delfouneso (scorer) looked really lively, quick & strong - took his goal really well with a bullet header & very nearly won it in the last minute. Davies was comfortable enough, good in the air, but being 12 foot taller than anyone else he really should be!

The Fear
Yes, we've got a very useful, fast developing young reserve team at Villa Park right now, bodes very well for the future. As I always say though, pity they dont get a few more supporters down to watch them at the home games. They certainly deserve it.
