New Villa Ticket Innovation

New Villa Ticket Innovation

Villa have announced a new innovation, a seat exchange system for season ticket holders.

Basically if you are a season ticket holder who can't attend a game, you'll be able to sell your seats to registered Villa fans so you don't lose out on the money you've paid in advance.

This is the first time the American company have moved into the European market. For full details: Click Here
Seems a good innovation, especially with the fixtures moving left, right and centre throughout the season, some fans as much as they want to can't always get to every game.

The scheme goes live in September at the same time as Villa launch their new website.

There is also a competition to win box tickets for tomorrows game against Liverpool. To be in with a chance, Click Here

Yet another supporter friendly idea. Treat the customer with respect. All of our family are season ticket holders, but my son misses games at the start and end of the season because of cricket commitments. Great that he can sell his ticket and get his money back on matches he misses. Well done AGAIN to the Board.

So if the last game of the season is a title show down does that mean I can flog my ticket for £400 on here? Not that I would of course.....

DeanoVilla - No way fella! You will probably get back i/19th of what you paid if you're lucky (80% is the usual norm with these agencies) and Exchange.com will make a huge profit if they sell at match-day face value + an admin fee.

Good idea, although on the rare occasions one of our families four tickets aren't used, there's always a relative or friend ready and willing to step into the breech - and somehow I never seem to get so much as a beer out of it!!

we have a similar thing at Chelsea and it works well. Apart from the gits who buy a seaosn ticket to see just the United, Arsenal and Liverpool games and then don't pass on their empty seat to those without a ticket!

Good sentiments silkie, but I cant see it happening. I think those days have sadly gone forever, we're left with just the memories.

Don`t want to bore everyone about it again but i couldn`t sit in top tier for todays game due to injury so they automatically registered my original seat number for sale, they then registered my card for another seat lower down - fantastic eh?
