'If It's Football, It's Vital'

I love these interviews!!!
The Fear
Just got back. Couldn't understand the 541 tactics and the defending from the team as a whole was disgraceful. Second half, and I know Man U took their foot off the pedal, but we were a different team and I was proud of them. If MON doesn't buy someone soon I'm gonna have to hibernate until the summer because I can't take the frustration and lack of activity. If MON doesn't pull his finger out we may go down with this squad.
Gazvilla
Only 7 points off the shytty stuff MON and the players need to start digging in to get Villa moving in the right direction. I do refuse to go into a flatspin panic this season as I did last season,,,, Last season was too close for comfort and the difference this season I had no faith last season in Dolly and Atkin pulling Villa up by the boot straps. MON is a different kettle of fish and I honestly feel his still has no Idea what his best team is.

i'll take Randy's money am good with buying players
Christo
I don't think MO'N knows what his best team is because he's never had the luxury of playing his best team due to injuries and suspension etc. What I will say is this though, that our season changed when Luke Moore got injured and we had to stop playing MO'N's favoured 4-3-3 formation. If we can get a couple of reinforcements in and the players like Laursen, Moore, and Petrov again, we can start winning games again!

dando - Have to agree with you there. By the way, Sorenson was brilliant today.
Gazvilla
Its getting to be desperate times folks. Sort of worrying too. New faces have to come in. Agree with the comments about Tommy. He was superb this afternoon. As indeed was Milan Baros. Lively, pacey, and always a threat.
glensider
we need new faces like last week!!!!
samtozer
Agree we need new faces but they don't usually start performing at their best from day one whoever they are.

One big plus for next Saturday is that we should have a decent right back playing for us. I'd expect the back 4 to line up with Bouma, Cahill, Mellberg and Bardsley.
Thegreatdando
Just watched the Championship review on ITV and noticed that COOKE of QPR really is a good player - the defenders were scared stiff of fim. He's fast and skillfull and attacking - I think we should take a punt. He got sent off but it was understandable...whistle blowing Ref....
koolbill
Also why is nobody talking of Wayne BRIDGE, he's excellent and hungry and will be overlooked by Mourinho when he buys in the summer...i reckon we should keep tabs on him.
koolbill
Ironically we were linked to Lee Cooke of QPR, but OPR said they had just recently tied him up to a new contract and didn't want to sell him.
Thegreatdando
No one is talking of Wayne Bridge because he a just signed a new mega-contract with Chelski. Quite simply ....we can't afford him and he is content to sit on the bench taking his paycheck.
Villain Of The North
what ever happened to wanting to play football????
steff_the_villan
Steff the villain - well said. Bridge does seem to be content with not being first choice but he doesn't half battle and do the business when he does come on...now that's strength in depth.
