Villa Starlet Signs

The official site have announced that academy starlet (what is a starlet, is it a star that is available to rent?) Hungarian Under 19 international Zoltan Stieber has signed his first professional Villa contract keeping him at Villa until 2009.

Academy coach Tony McAndrew told the official site: 'Zoltan's done well this season. He can be a very exciting player and when we play to his strengths, he can be a matchwinner.'

I like the kid. Having seen him on numerous occasions I can definitely say that he's one to watch. Mind you, I also said that about many, many others who have since fallen by the wayside.

keeping him in fresh antelope might become a problem, but on the other hand they could leave him hungry and use him as inspiration on the training field shuttle run or for a bleep test

Even though new signings will presumably be coming in, its good to know that we've still got quality youngsters coming through.
