Bearded Wonder Wants Fortress Back
Olof Mellberg is looking for some festive fun at Villa Park as Villa take on Bolton, Manchester United and Chelsea at home.
The bearded wonder told the official site:
'It's would be good to get Villa Park back to being like a fortress again - a place where opposition players are not confident coming to. I thought our home form last season just wasn't good enough, but that was an exception to the rule. Generally, since I joined the club, our home form has been our strong point and, if anything we've struggled away from home.'
'Before the season started I said that we needed to improve our form at Villa Park and we have done that. The team have had good results away from home too. We have to try to keep that good form going.'

Villa Park was begining to look a fortress until the man City game when we rolled over to have our bellys tickled! Hopefully they'll show a bit of fight from now on.

Its a matter of having to return to winning ways at Villa Park. A second half of the season push for Europe depends on it.
