Favourite Villa Strike Partnership?

Vital Villa asked what is our best striker partnership.

Juan Pablo Angel and Gabriel Agbonlahor polled 40%

Chris Sutton and Gabriel Agbonlahor polled 31%

Chris Sutton and Juan Pablo Angel were third with 14%

The other three options, Sutton & Baros, Gabby and Baros + Angel and Baros all got 5%.

Not sure what we've proved really, apart from the fact Milan Baros isn't fancied much!

he's been bang off form, not fit due to the injury he picked up pre-world cup so hasn't really been at the races so far, hopefully he'll pick up, I think there is a talent there, just needs a goal or two. Might have a battle to get into the team at the moment though.

Baros not fancied, well maybe people are coming around to my way of thinking, I dont think he will ever be the player we hoped he would be.

i want to believe that Milan will hit back in form, but im losing alot faith in him with little left. I feel like the only way he will hit form is if he leaves the villa

The best strike force we have has been evident at the start of the season with Angel on his own in the middle, Moore on left, Gabi on the right.

Well after his second half showing up at Anfield, and his home debut performance on Sunday, I'd say that as of right now it has to be Chris Sutton and a.n. other.

lets not forget that we have seen Baros perform much better than this, his form is off at the moment, if that is down to injury or match fitness then the back room boys at Villa are obviously working on that one. Baros has stated that he is suffering from a lack of confidence, not sure if a lack of confidence has an impact on running for the ball or looking like you cant be bothered to try, all I can say is, if thats whats missing I hope he gets it back quickly.
