Villa Fans Predict Win Over Rovers

Looks like confidence is high as Aston Villa face Blackburn Rovers this afternoon at Villa Park.

The game, set to kick off at 2pm, will hopefully see Villa return to winning ways after last weekends 3-1 defeat at the hands of Liverpool and a series of draws.

Vital Villa asked for your prediction and 57% said Villa would win.

16% said Villa would lose, thanks for visiting Blackburn fans!

That left 27% predicting Villa would carry on this seasons draw specialist tag.

Certainly a very tough game to call, Blackburn are a tough, physical side who will want to stop Villa from getting a third home win on the run. They won't stop the might claret and blues though!

Mystic Mug says 2-0 to Villa.

I think that it will be a 2-2 draw.

you seem to have lost your early season sparkle recently but I think you will win this one, Blackburn had a hard game in Europe midweek so 2-1 Villa.

We definitely need to get back to winning ways. Three points is the order of the day. Not going to be easy though, they're no pushovers and have the players to hurt us given the opportunity. We've got to start putting those chances away.

I did vote on this but went for a draw! I would happily take that but our confidence must be high after Thursday's win. Beware of the mighty Tugay, give him space up to 35-yards (or more!) out and he'll take advantage with a screamer, or put in that killer pass. May the best team win.

thanks Hughes da man, we will !!!!!
The Fear
2-0 with a Barry pen and Angel to get on the sheet :-)
Gazvilla
Whoa - match has just finished and it looks like Gazvilla has second sight! :o)

And the better team did win.
Hughes Da Man
BobTheBuilder - Yeh, and for my next prediction, Spurs to beat Chelsea with Terry sent off.
Gazvilla
easy points for you guys...

Rovers were disappointing though. Surely they are capable of a lot better than that.
