Villa Beat Small Heath In 'Friendly'

I don't quite understand what the official site is saying here.

They say Villa have won in a friendly game this afternoon.

Now fair enough, I can understand that until I see the opponents were Blues.

Isn't it an oxymoron to say we had a friendly win over Blues? We'll never be friends with Small Heath will we? Scrub that, I don't even need to ask! ;-p

Anyway, Villa beat Blues 2-0 this afternoon with Peter Whittingham and Craig Gardner (from a penalty) on the score sheet.

Gary Cahill, Martin Laursen, Eric Djemba-Djemba, Didier Agathe and Chris Sutton played 90 minutes in the match at Bodymoor Heath this afternoon.

Martin O'Neill said: 'You have to get fit somewhere and the best way to get fit and get a bit of confidence is to be playing against opposition, rather than just on the training field. Bouma played against Forest in a friendly last week and because of it and the changes I was thinking of making, he forced himself into the team. So these games have their benefits.'

Awww.. poor Blues have lost their cup final and it's still only October!

A lot of second rate villa players and injrued players recovering, so would be interesting to see what the blues team was anyone?

We're making a habit of this!

Always good to beat 'em, no matter what the line-ups, or the competition.

I think it is disgraceful to refer to them as 'Small Heath'!! I am on a campaign to have them referred to as 'The Dildo Salesmen from Small Heath'. I will continue this campaign as long as Karen Peschisolido, The Gouhly Brothers and the Porn Dwarf are in charge. Only when they have gone will they simply be called 'Small Heath'. A couple of other points though, the locals want Small Heath to be renamed 'Somali Heath'?? Have you been through there recently. Also I was asked the other day, directions to Sty Andrews by an Albion fan. So I told him how to get to Somali Heath and informed him that he would see two queues. A long one and a short one. I advised him to join the short queue as this was to get in to the game, the long one was for the Post Office.

Quite a strong side from us really. Good to see we're still winning though :)

If someone comes knocking at your door selling dildos in their spare time then watch out because it will be someone with something to do with Birmingham City trying to earn extra cash
Christo
They cant have many more dildoes to sell!!!! Hesky and most of the other dildoes went at the end of last season. Hey even we bought one........... Sorry Mr Sutton just kidding Pfttt

i second voice of the holte, somali heath it is - I shall spread the word. And as for the dildo's - what else are they going tp put in their trophy room!?
tylervilla
Somali Heath seems appropriate since there is a famine going on in their trophy room!
