For those that don't visit the official site, the club are promoting the sales of tickets, especially half-season tickets. They say: With Half Season Tickets now on sale, the simple message for the Claret and Blue Army is that we need you for what promises to be an exciting New Year. The fact is that you can make a difference. If you don't believe us, just take a look at what the following have to say: General Charles C Krulak: 'The fans are what makes the experience. If the fans weren't there in the stands, winning on the field would not mean anything. To see the excitement of a Villa fan is very special! The constant roar and din of Villa Park is something else.' For the full article: Villa Fans Make All The Difference

Capital Gold have organised a forum with Martin O'Neill who will be at the Rovers Sports & Social Club, Tessel Lane, Longbridge from 7.30-8.30pm on Thursday October 26. Vital Villa asked its readers whether we would win, lose or draw against Leicester City in the League Cup. 77% were bang on the money saying we would win.
10% thought we would draw and then go to penalties and were but a minute or so from being right........ phew! 13% (thanks for visiting Leicester fans!) said we would lose. Villa go into the fourth round draw which I believe is live on Sky tonight.

Celtic defender Bobo Balde has played down links to an Aston Villa as has Celtic legend Henrik Larsson. Full article: No rumours today so we'll start one!

I'd love the blues in the next round... we can then embarass them again and prove yet again to the rest of the midlands our dominance and strength of being the biggest club.

I had a dream last night that both Gabby and Barry were in the next England squad! Just thought I'd share that with you. lol
DeanoVilla
as if that would happen Deano...!! more chance of somebody rubbish like...Phil Neville getting into the squad. Oh wait he has, such irony...

Agree with MON's comments about MB. Glad to read that the manager has such confidence in the player. He is an asset, one we need to build upon by bringing more quality proven international stars into the team.

I think that McClaren doesn't even know that Villa Park exists Deano. Either that, or for some reason he completely decides to ignore anything related to B6.
