Martin O'Neill has told The Times that he might not want a long term contract after reports yesterday suggested he would be offered a six year deal worth around £15million. O'Neill said: "Long-term contracts might make a manager lazy. I don`t know how many times I have to reiterate that I stayed for several years at Wycombe Wanderers, Leicester City and Celtic without wishing to leave. I`m not planning on walking out here in the immediate future."

Leicester City have confirmed that Aston Villa have taken their full allocation of 4,112 tickets for the forthcoming Carling Cup third round tie at the Walkers Stadium. The initial request was for 3,156 tickets. The match takes place October 24 (kick off 7:45pm).

Martin O'Neill has told Gareth Barry to be patient in his quest for an international re-call saying 'Your chance will come.' The new England boss Steve McClaren has carried on where Sven left off in ignoring our left sided midfielder despite the fact the player is in the form of his life. Full article: Click Here
