Of everything that must happen to take our club back to the top tier of the game, surely the most important single thing that Randy could do, is to get M'ON's signature on a long term contract. This one single issue can determine the future of the club. We have an opportunity to shape a dynasty similar to that of redscouse in the 70's, Manure in the 90's and Forest who came somewhere in between. It is not often that these opportunities are presented and it is vital that they are grasped with both hands when they do.

I agree with Voiceoftheholte, Randy's first job must be to get MON on a long term contract and then set about showing that the trust we Villains have placed in him is not mistaken. He has taken control of a great club, albeit damaged by Herberts messing about, now is the time to move forward, together.

Some very interesting times ahead, with probably a lot of comings and goings behind the scenes at Villa Park. Theres a lot of deadwood and hangers on floating around in there. No doubt Randy and co will evaluate what each individual can/will bring to the table, and then take matters from there.
