'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Most Stupid Villa Link Ever?

Oh come off it!

Football Agent Simon Kennedy has told BBC Sport that Collymore might consider a return to Villa Park!

'Stan is a busy boy but what he would really be interested in is Premiership football. He believes he can still ply his trade at the highest level. But people are uncertain about taking a risk on him and, for Stan, the structure and management needs to be right.'

Adding, 'Stan considers Martin O'Neill, who he worked with at Leicester, to be the archetypal manager. He would love the opportunity to work for someone like Martin again. If that transpired then we would have to see what happens. We get clubs ringing all the time asking whether Stan will consider coming back to football. He is fit, free and only 35. He is not closed to the idea of football - if the right offer came along.'

LOL. Yeah right, that will happen, especially after he slated the Villa fans! Shame, he should have been awesome for us and a regular in the England set up, as some of his managers said, he did things in training other players could only dream of.

Was so stupid I just had to post this link up. Come on, as if! If he was 30 maybe, but not at 35 and having been out of the game for so long. What a waste of a great talent. Still, he's richer, gets more ladies and is fitter than me, so maybe I should be lamenting my life instead! LOL

Agents really are stupid aren't they?! Is this the extreme of an agent trying to get his client in the papers or what?! Maybe he's heard a bloke called Randy is chairman and he's hoping to use the Villa car park free of charge

Wow, I feel so honoured that Stanley would consider playing for us again. He's so forgiving after we paid 8m for him and paid him a years wages every week only for him to sod off cause he didn't feel like playing for us.

Agents make me ill. His agent thought that mentioning Collymore and O'Neill in the same soundbite could create an interest out of thin air. What a pile of poo.

HE may consider a move back to Villa Park?? what has MON been on the phone to him asking him to come back then?? i think not!! his agent is living in a dream world the only time he should be back at Villa is to sell match programmes.
