Important AVFC Shareholders Info
Do you have shares in Aston Villa but have moved address?
Well, fear not. You can still inform them of the change of address so that you will get all the latest forms and details relating to the takeover situation.
The registrars for the Villa shares are:

After all, it would be a shame to miss out on all the fun!
Oh, and if anyone is thinking they want the Lerner Group to succeed BUT don't want to lose their share certificates, then have no fear. All the shares count, even single shareholdings and in order for the takeover to go smoothly and allow the group in to start moving Villa forward time will be of the essence.
Send them along with the appropriate forms (when all the details are sent to you) and you'll find you will receive not only the money from selling the shares but also a memento, it could even possibly be your original share certificate back (with void stamped on obviously) but to make it a great keep sake, it might be signed by someone like a player or manager.

Hang on a minute...... are you saying that we will get our share certs back (voided) after we send them off for the cash, and they may even get a player to sign them for us! That doesn't sound like it would make for a speedy transfer of funds, but I'm all for it. Will have to dig em out.

That there will be some sort of memento, I'll try to get some confirmation, but this is what has happened in other cases.

thats a great gesture, i'm not a shareholder, but all the same. can i also comment on how shiny the new site banner looks, dougs off (playing tennis) o'dreary's off (in the dole queue telling everyone i the queue 'were a small queue but with alot of injuries') and Martin o'neill, may you long reside there!

I`m keeping mine. Just to say I own part of AVFC, Plc. Unless the new owners buy 90%? of the shares and take it back to a private ownership?
