Berson In Wales Mystery ?!??!

Berson In Wales Mystery ?!??!

Has the South Wales Echo got their facts wrong, or do they know something that we don't?!!!

Our official site said 'Mathieu Berson and Eric Djemba-Djemba aren't ready yet, but we've got a reserve game against Chasetown on Monday, so they'll maybe play in that.'

But the Echo today said:

'Former Aston Villa player Matthieu Berson is in the Auxerre squad for tonight's pre-season match with Cardiff City at Ninian Park (7.45pm).

Former French Under-21 international Berson, 26, spent the 2004-5 season with Villa in the Premiership, having played for the previous five seasons at Nantes.'

The auxerre site has a team line-up for tonight and unless there data is wrong it features no berson. So looks like the wales echo got it wrong.

If thats the case, looks like our Roy has been taught at the David O'Leary School for misleading and Untrue Statements. RA has been telling everyone that Berson was omitted from the squads for the Walsall and Hull City games due to the fact that 'He wasn't up to scratch'.

Have you heard the rumor that Chelsea is buying Freddy Adu and loaning him to your club for the 1st ½ of the season?

Guys, I am far more interested in that fool Ellis leaving, Denis Mortimers (Now there is a Mr Villa) comments about the cancer (my word not his) still at villa. He like the rest of us sees the only thing to be sorted is to help Ellis pack. Lets not loose track of that. We need to keep all avenues pointing towards that. Well done J.P in your interviews just keep sending out the message "Ellis Out"
