Has Sven Goran Eriksson found a real Sheikh?

Sky Sports are claiming that Sven's agent Athol Still is heading up yet another consortium interested in buying Villa.

So, we now have Michael Neville, Randy Learner, Sven and his boys, a possible Arab consortium and whispers remaining about a Russian.

This could only happen at Villa!!!

Agree fatloser, I think I would rather give up on football and chop off my head rather than give support to either of them. I can see Villa fans changing religion, burning the rabbits paw and kicking the crap out of any passing gypsies.

I can't see how this could work with Sven's agent. What happens if they take control, get Sven in as manager (pie in the sky I know), and it goes pear shaped? Will Sven's agent sack him? Sounds like a bit of a conflict of interests if that were to be the case. I can't see Still having a financial interest in a club and not pushing for his client to manage it...but we've already had one sulky pacifist on the touchline, so do we really want another?

sven must be a no no, after his efforts with england he will make us a hate club. And he has less passion than DoL. I have a sneeky suspision that svens agent was there about the managers job and not to buy the club - an agent buying a club doesnt seem right to me.

On top of the huge Randy Lerner let down, I cant even stand to give the name of Sven Goran Eriksson a second thought. Things seem to be going from bad to worse, in one almighty hurry.
