Villa Fans - Time To Protest?

Villa Fans - Time To Protest?

Time to Protest

We finally have something to protest about.

We have the will to protest and I firmly believe we have the vast majority of players, the vast majority of the playing staff and the vast majority of the staff at Villa Park behind us.

So what is my proposal.

Well I have got access to a banner which can be used and I propose of Friday at 1PM we go to Villa Park and protest at the club.

We can sing what we like, we can say what we like but we have to show the club what we think and believe.

If I get enough people prepared to commit to this (and I know the timing is difficult) I believe it will make a difference.

If you wish to give a firm commitment then please contact myself.

(You can do this via our message board where Ian has posted the above, or on Villa Talk, or by contacting me to pass on your details).

There are also fans going to the Walsall game who are talking about protests, so why not? These things don't have to be overly organised, just take a banner yourself and have your say.

There has never been a better time to put even more pressure on Ellis, especially as the papers are now full of the shame he is bringing to the club.

Don't wait for things to be organised, cause your own mayhem!

Well said, The press will get wind of the protest too so this time i think we really can finally get rid of ELLIS and his puppets. The more people that turn up the better.

definitely have to keep up the media interest in this one and use it to our advantage. he's backed into a corner at the moment and we have to make sure he can't bulls*it his way out...again. No right minded Villa fan can want this situation at the club to continue and there is only one way to stop it- ELLIS OUT!

Demonstrations such as the one proposed are definitely the way to go. If the supporters could be united against Ellis initially then that would be the better route to take. Half shouting for O'Learys sacking, with the other half demanding the old mans resignation would only have a watered down effect, but 100% united against Ellis has to be good for business.
