Clarification On Milner?

The Milner rumour has obviously got a lot of fans worried. (see O'Leary Transfer Blow )

If the rumour is not true surely the board should move quickly to quash it and save any further plummets in season tickets sales and anti board feeling.

If the rumour is true, can we have clarification on what will be done to replace him as we aim to improve on last seasons performance?

I'm calling on the local media, fans groups or anyone who can get some pressure on the board to ask for a statement on the Milner deal.

In this instance, I'm not sure clarification from our lot is needed. They can't have put a bid in otherwise it would have been made public, so if Newcastle have chosen not to sell and want him to stay next season, there isn't much we can do. I still hope we bid to test their resolve, but with no money and no action it doesn't look on the cards.

Sadly I think we've missed out here. We should have tabled a bid long before now, even the lad himself was probably disillusioned by our lack of action.

One good line of hope is Newcastle need a centre half, come goalscorer. Lets hope they need to raise cash for their transfer funds.

Sorry centre forward....

The Owen injury may have had an impact on their decision as Milner can do a job up front. Which is why this should all have been sorted when Solano went. Who plays right midfield next season???
