Villa Fans Not Confident For Derby

Villa Fans Not Confident For Derby

Vital Villa asked whether Villa will beat Small Heath (aka, Birmingham City) in this Sunday's local derby.

Seems that 75% of the fans who voted aren't too optimistic as they say we won't win if we play like we did against West Bromwich Albion.

10% said we would win no problem and the remaining 15% are predicting another draw.

With some of our senior players returning from injury, we should be able to put up more of a fight though surely? They better had!

We are going to win. We are going to win. We are going to win. Keep saying it over and over like a mantra, trust me, it'll work!

You never know, he might use this poll as the reason if we get beaten! He's blamed everyone else by now surely?

Play like we did against West Brom, and I agree, Small Heath will win the day. Obviously they are really going to be up for it, and they have the players who will bully us more than Albion were ever able to. The thought of Heskey and Sutton mixing it with a rookie Villa central defence worries me. However looking on the bright side, the pace and threat of Milan Baros must surely be giving Cunningham and Taylor nightmares. Even if Upson returns, Baros will cause them big problems.
