Villa/Blues Oldstars Game Pulled

The charity match in association with Avids between Aston Villa Oldstars and Birmingham City oldstars has had to be cancelled after Blues had to withdraw from the fixture.

Apparently Blues couldn't find any old or new stars to play!

Parkfield Veterans FC have very kindly stepped into the breach with the date - 23rd April 2006 - and the venue - Hollyfields Sports Centre, Woodacre Road (Off Holly Lane), Erdington, Birmingham, remain the same. We'll post any further news of the game if and when information becomes available.

Kick off for the game is 11.30

Maybe the blues are calling some old boys into their squad for the relegation battle?
