Baros - Am I Bothered?

Vital Villa asked, following the confirmation that Aston Villa striker Milan Baros has an escape clause in his contract:

Massive Bid Required: b>Click Here

whether we will sell him in the summer.

69% said yes, we are a selling club. 11% said we wouldn't and 20% weren't bothered either way!

Baros is currently our top scorer with 10 goals. Luke Moore and Steven Davis are just behind him on 8 each.

I think Baros would give his all in all his games. It's not that he can't be bothered, its simply he doesn't get the service he's used too. If he leaves it will be the clubs decision, not Baros... What Villa need to now do is start getting results and give the team amuch needed confidence boost to finish on a high.

I agree Lee. You cant fault his effort no matter how much you dislike him. He runs his socks off and it must be frustrating being so good and surrounded by a bunch of idiots.

I have to agree with both of you. I have liked Milan ever since he set foot in Villa Park and i thick that, even though we did extremely badly this season, it would have been much worse without him. Without his workrate Villa would be nothing. Oh and Ellis MUST sell the club in the summer and we MUST buy Milner.

A class act, proven top notch international quality striker, the type of player we desperately need to both attract, and keep at Villa Park. He's our one truly big name player, and personally I think he's performed admirably since his arrival. Injuries have certainly given him a stop - start beginning to his B6 career, but you can never fault his work rate or his overall effort. He's been accused of being lazy or appearing disinterested, but I cant go along with that. Hopefully he'll remain fit for our run in. I'll be a lot more happier about our chances of securing the points needed to ensure survival with him in our starting line up.
